You may return products if they are unopened / unused and in their original condition within 14 days of the date you received them and obtain a refund. Please contact us first should you wish to return the goods. Any delivery will only be attempted twice from our delivery team, if there is no completion of delivery or contact to delivery team all items will be returned to Secure floor coatings main office and a refund will be granted deducting a return fee that will be provided in proof from the transport company used to deliver the goods Please note: If you open tins and original packaging then we will not be able to offer the goods for resale as new so we will not be able to offer you a refund. When returning goods we recommend that you use a courier who offers shipment tracking and that you insure the package for its full value.
